The Audubon at Naples is a private gated country club community located between Naples and Bonita Springs. The 770-acre community stretches west of US 41 all the way to the protected mangrove preserves on Little Hickory Bay.
Audubon includes environmentally sensitive coastal areas and delicate estuaries. Approximately half of the development is preserved in its natural state. The community is limited to about 400 residential dwellings to ensure low density in the community and on the golf course. Views are given priority, and every estate home, villa, or low-rise garden residence overlooks the golf course, lakes, or a natural preserve area. An island theme is evident in the array of enchanting street names, such as Portsmouth Court and Pembrook Place.
Renowned golf architect Joe Lee designed Audubon’s 18-hole, 6,700-yard championship golf course. The 36,000 square foot clubhouse is quite elegant and is accompanied by eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a 25-meter pool, two croquet courts, a health and fitness center, plus the Audubon Beach and Tennis Club. Memberships at Audubon are reserved for residents of the community only. Residence styles are varied with an elegant architectural theme.
